Enduring Powers of Attorney
An EPA lets you choose, in advance, who makes decisions for you if you ever can't — over your property, or your health and welfare. It's not a simple form to fill in: there are real decisions to make about who you trust with that responsibility, and what limits or conditions you want on it. But those decisions are far easier to make calmly, while you're well, than to leave for a court to sort out later.
Relationship Property & Prenups
When a relationship ends, sorting out who gets what shouldn't add a legal fight on top of an emotional one. I help people work through relationship property division fairly, and draw up contracting-out agreements (prenups) for people who want clarity before things go wrong, not after.
Wills, Estate Administration & Probate
A will means the people you love aren't left guessing, or fighting, about what you wanted. I help with writing wills, applying for probate, and administering estates — including the harder conversations that sometimes come with them.

Trusts can be a genuinely useful way to protect property and provide for family — but they're not automatically the right answer for everyone, and the rules around running one properly have got stricter in recent years. I'll give you a straight answer on whether a trust actually makes sense for your situation, not just set one up because you asked.
